SEXY AND SPARKLING FEMALE BLENDS FIRE UP ERMANNO SCERVINO FALL19/20 RUNWAY

There’s good energy in Milan and Carlo Capasa, President at Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (the Italian Chamber of Fashion), confirms that “Fashion in Italy is in a good health”. And we can definitely see it!

To highlight the well-preserved Made in Italy, our Rebel Femme team writes down one name: Ermanno Scervino.

Luxury, use of high-quality fabrics, pure style, glamour, and femininity represent the core values of the Italian iconic fashion company, established by Florentine fashion designer Ermanno Scervino in 2000.

Famous Neoclassical Palazzo Serbelloni, known for hosting Napoleon during his Italian campaign, was the perfect location for the brand’s latest Autumn/Winter 2019/20 collection, in terms of quality and discrete flair.

Fierce women -and few men too- hit the runway celebrating a strong identity, incredible sex-appeal and a classy play between feminine and masculine.

An intriguing natural mix of powerful and delicate, immersed into a contemporary atmosphere.

Sparkling effects were captured by flat round collars, wide-leg pants, sensual slip dresses, relaxed blazers and coats, pantsuits, and long dresses. Modern tailoring and craftsmanship created a sense of luxury and a balanced contrast between sharp and softer silhouettes, thanks to the finest quality of silk, lace, Prince of Wales checked wool, fur, leather, and knit.

Moreover, glitter aspects and leopard prints perfectly flirted with transparencies, contrasts and volumes, while the waistline showed its natural and feminine appeal with belts and couture-like pattern making.

Special attention is given to the legs, naturally exposed by long dresses’ splits, over-the-knee dresses and sexy boots. So feminine and chic!

Warm grey and fierce black were the statement colours, sweetened by white, light mint, baby blue and powder pink, with the addition of mustard yellow and salmon pink.

We found this collection a proof of Ermanno Scervino’s stylistic legacy, confirming that he’s a master of Italian style, symbol of class, glamour, modern femininity, chic and subtle rebellion, addressed to all women who feel their power and are not afraid to show- and wear- the most authentic version of themselves.

Thus, confident body-conscious creatures in full bloom!
